What is cardless withdrawal?

A cardless withdrawal is a digital solution that allows Nedbank clients to send money to any recipient, even if they’re not a Nedbank customer. That money can then be withdrawn from any Nedbank ATM or participating retail store. Recipients will receive a voucher number and a one-time password (OTP) via their cell phone which they will use to withdraw the money. The withdrawal limit is up to R5 000 a day. T&Cs apply

How do I register for cardless withdrawals?

You do not need to register, but you do need access to any Nedbank digital banking platform or a MobiMoney Account to enable you to send cash.

How do I withdraw my cash at a Shoprite store?

It’s so simple. Go to a till and request a Nedbank cardless withdrawal. Give the teller the voucher number and enter the OTP sent to you via SMS.
